Recent Representative Projects

  • Facility Development (2023). Represented municipality in development of ballpark as catalyst at core of $2.4 billion economic development project. Negotiated and drafted facility use and management agreement with MLB-affiliated (AA level) minor league baseball club, also the anchor tenant for the facility.

  • Team Transfer Transaction (2022). Represented purchaser in transfer of MLB-affiliated (High A level) minor league baseball team, as well as purchase of downtown stadium serving as team’s home venue. Also advised regarding ballpark-adjacent real estate development opportunities.

  • Facility Management Agreement (2022). Represented major University’s athletic department in outsourcing management and operation of University’s 14,000-seat basketball arena. Negotiated and drafted management agreement with third-party facility operator.
